Ana Lago won two medals at the Mayaguez 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games, a silver medal in the women's soil category and a gold medal in the women's team category. Ana also won the silver medal for Mexico in the Central American Games Veracruz 2014, within the Balance beam Final. In the Central American and Caribbean Games Veracruz 2014 the artistic gymnastics by women's teams obtained gold for Mexico and within the national team Ana Estefanía Lago collaborated.
